Returns

We accept returns within 30 days. If the item was received broken/ defected it MUST be reported to us within 48 hours after receiving your item, please send us an email at info@damascusoutlet.comPlease kindly keep the packaging since we may need pictures to ensure accurate processing of the defect.

If the item is being returned due to a change in minded and/or preference of the item, there will be a 20% restocking fee that will be deducted automatically when the refund is processed and customer is responsible for the return shipping of the item.
